I had a decent week. Work stress levels are high right now. Some big life decisions on the horizon as well that are weighing on me. But I feel motivated to do things, which is great. Where I struggle is when that motivation falls apart and the stress stays high. I can push through it for so long, but eventually I can start to feel kind of numb, which is bad for me in a whole variety of ways.
