I just started using this yesterday as I found my 15 year old sexting on discord. I'm wondering if I will get a notification if there is sexual chatting or images being shared? Or suicidal mentions. So far I haven't received any notifications at all but there hasn't been any of the above content chatted or shared yet.
Unfortunately no. And I've noticed that the "high risk" setting on truple is HIGHLY inaccurate. So I just have to find time to go through them. Also Ive found reddit is a site to watch out for. We use Google family link to filter and try to control as much as possible. Truple just screenshots. It's an accountability app not a parental control app. I encourage you to get a handle on this ASAP. My husband started watching porn when he was 12 and has been hooked for 20 years. Ever since he first watched it. It's likely to change their brain chemistry and how the brain is developed at such a young age. There are medical articles and studies to show this.
I wish you luck!

Immediate notifications are sent when pornographic websites/apps are used or when malicious sites (sites that try to hack you) are accessed.
Daily notifications are sent out once a day (or once per week, depending on how you set it up) that will indicate a number of "high risk" screenshots that were captured. High risk screenshots are determined by an AI algorithm that analyzes the screenshot and assigns it a risk value. There was some discussion years ago on adding more categories to the algorithm beyond sexual content detection, but you'd want to follow up with support@truple.io to get an official answer whether that was ever developed or not.
With that being said, Truple recommends you don't rely on algorithms, as they can be tricked/gamed. So when you can its still best to review all of the screenshots just in case.
