We just released a major update to the website. There are some visual changes, but the bulk majority of the change is updating the underlying frameworks we use. They were outdated and needed to be updated.
If you run into any bugs or issues please let us know. Also, let us know what you think of the new look. We wanted to keep it similar with a touch of freshness.
- Update: The initial release had a bug where the most recent 3 hours of screenshots wouldn't load. That's already been fixed and released, however some web browsers may have cached the "old" buggy version. Please restart your device if you're unable to load the most recent 3 hours of screenshots and that should fix it, if it doesn't reach out to support@truple.io.
The only couple of things I don't really like about the new update is when I'm scrolling screenshots it seems buggy and then I also don't like when I load more screenshots it goes out of order and will automatically go to the next 24 hours instead of staying at the same spot so I can continue scrolling from where Id left off like it used to.

Thanks for the feedback, we'll see what we can do. Not sure why that's happening.
Edit: We just published a fix for this. Due to browser caching it could take a day or two for you to see the improvement. You can tell if you're on the new version of the website if it shows this at the bottom of the page: v.26317039. If you'd like help clearing your browser cache immediately, reach out to us via the support chat and let us know the device you're using and browser type (or if you're using the Android app indicate so).

Mine actually says v26321248 at the very bottom of my screen where my devices are listed. I've sent a message to support through the chat. But I use a Samsung Android a13 and run truple through the Chrome browser.

You can no longer select all and delete also you can no longer see screen shots from multiple devices in one place.

Yes thats correct. We recommend people use the "new" filter instead of deleting screenshots. It keeps track of which screenshots you have/haven't seen with just a flick of the toggle.
We removed the all screenshots page because it was buggy with no great way to improve its performance. When the app is showing 1000+ screenshots on a single page, the page needs to be designed with limited resources in mind. When viewing screenshots from a single device, optimizations can be made based on consistent screenshot dimensions. Unfortunately doing that for multiple devices all in one feed is far more difficult. We've been planning to remove that page for several years and just now got around to it.

Very frustrated with this new update. Not being able to mass delete screenshots is time-consuming. It also sends an email "one screenshot deleted" instead of the X number prior. Please change back so that it's easier to review and a mass amount and delete multple at once.

Usig the new filter is not easier/quicker. You still have to select each screenshot, delete, and then its left with "image has been deleted". So you have ot X out and select a new screenshot and delete. Rinse repeate. Really hate this new "feature" and I've cancled my subscription purely because of this.

Did you try using the "new" filter? It's quicker, easier, and doesn't send any emails.

All you have to do is toggle the "new" filter on and then it'll filter out all the screenshots you've already seen previously. There's no need to delete anything--that's the whole purpose of the "new" filter, to make life easier. No need to select screenshots and delete them.
The "new" filter actually isn't new. It's been in place for several years. However, customers haven't used it because they've relied on other techniques (like what you're suggesting).
We recommend customers use the product that is best for them.
