I set up best accountability on my son's iPhone. It's creating a problem where every time he turns off his screen, it shuts down all apps making him unable to listen to music with the screen off. Also, when he turns the screen back on, he is forced to open best accountability and hit the button that says start sharing his screen otherwise he cannot do anything else on the phone until he does so.

Is there a setting I need to check?
