My son keeps bypassing truple. sometimes he stays awake till 3am doom scrolling. we are paying for his cell service. Do we let him continue this behavior? Any advice?

The best option is to make sure his iPhone is upgraded to the latest OS then work with him to set a screen time pin. That will allow him to make it so he cant disable screen time without using the pin first. As long as screen time is enabled for the app it cannot be uninstalled.

Generally speaking a true bypass is more or less impossible on most platforms without it tripping tamper alerts.
