I'm beginning this journey into 2026 with a resolution. I would like to give up pornography yes, not because I feel it is fundamentally wrong, but because I feel like it is wrong in my life. It brings me away from my wife and our sexual togetherness. For 2026 I want anything sexual to be done together with my wife.
In furtherance of this goal, I'm going to use Truple for screenshot monitoring, and another app for filtering, both in her control.
I know this won't be easy, but I'm hoping I can do it with her help. I sincerely believe this will improve my life.
This is an awesome goal and I really hope you can achieve it. May I suggest that when you are struggling that you go directly and talk to your wife about it. Be honest with her about your struggles and share away with her. It can only get better for you and your wife. I wish every man would take accountability like this. Good luck to you. It will improve your life. During every difficult moment you face, try to learn how you can adapt your life to make it less difficult going forward. Create rules/safeguards. This is a long game--most people cant ace it first try. But if you keep chipping away at it you'll get there 100% guaranteed.

Thats great, good for you. Quitting all forms of sexual content has been a feat unlike any other in my life. It really requires a heart change, though apps are helpful as well and do have their place. Praying for you
