I'm noticing a pattern with my husband's screen shots. There will be one where he has brought up the drop down menu of what's running in the background, and then there's a lapse in time of no screen shots. Could be have found a loop hole and for some reason the truple app isn't alerting me of tampering?

I assume this is for Android? On Stock android, once an app has the Device Admin permission granted you *can't* kill or shutdown the app. However, some android phones break this rule and ignore the device admin permission. The easiest thing to do is ask him if you can borrow his phone to test something. Pull open that menu of all the running background apps, and check if there's a button to stop Truple. If it's there, click it and see what happens. On stock android (or phones running very similar to it), there shouldn't even be a button.
