The app doesn't block explicit content from the Internet Archive. Might need to add the site to the app filtering.
If you use the family/mixed filter profile, which blocks proxies, then it'll be blocked.

Unlock then stop the filter. Then start the filter and pick the mixed/family option. Clear out the old Private DNS host field value. Paste in the new value. Then click okay or save or whatever. Then restart the device to clear out any cached dns values and internet archive should be blocked.
