Screen On: Detected that the screen was on when no event had been delivered

accountabilitypartnerpornographyAny one else having this issue. In fear that truple is being bypassed through his hotspot on his work ute?!? It is also doing this after the screen has been turned off and also not recording screenshots and opening apps when phone has not been used.
Ok I figured out he had changed his Gmails default browser to standard internet browser (unrooted truple can't see the usage) and was opening links from his Gmail to access the browser and installing apps via APKs and keeping them in hidden folders. So yeah he was bypassing it and accessing it on his work car screen. In complete denial even though I found a whole a** hidden WhatsApp status folder in his hidden files. I give up. He can do what he wants 100 feet away from me.

Truple monitors the standard internet browser on Samsung devices the same as any other browser. So that wouldnt bypass anything. But yea, using a different device (ie car's screen) is a way to access bad content. Its not exactly a Truple bypass though when its accessed via an entirely different device.
Generally speaking the easiest way to bypass truple is to use a different device. For $50 you can buy a smartphone/tablet.

Yes but when you open the browser from a whitelisted app it's not recorded by truple so he technically bypassed truple to install apps via APKs and stored them in hidden folders. October last year I had a screenshot of a WhatsApp frame taken in files yet couldn't find anything (I stayed quiet) yet he doesn't use WhatsApp. May this year I found his WhatsApp status folder in hidden files which told me it was accessed 12 hours prior. So whitelisted apps can be used to access browsers to install apps with out Google play or apple store without a trace.

Truple whitelists financial, medical, and government apps as best as possible. Report the whitelisted app that has an internal web browser to support@truple.io and they'll get monitoring setup for it so the website is tracked.
Hidden/secure/private folders don't bypass Truple. WhatsApp doesn't bypass Truple. Installing apps via APKs don't bypass Truple.

I actually think that happens when they receive a phone call. That's what it looks like on my end in my timeline.

Phone calls are a bit odd. What happens is you get the call, answer it and the screen is turned on during that time. Then, you either hold the phone up to your ear (which causes the screen to go black in a sort of somewhat "off" state) or the call is handled via speaker or bluetooth.
If you're holding the phone up to your ear, the android OS will report the device isn't in an active state or that the screen is turned off. This can be a bit confusing because when the screen goes off due to you holding it up to your ear, the OS doesn't always (depends on the device) tell the Truple app that the screen was turned off. So it can cause some confusion, but the jist is that screenshots aren't captured while the phone is held up to your ear with the screen black/off.
If you're using bluetooth/speaker, screenshots can be captured for the first 5 minutes of the call if the screen is on. If the screen turns off, or if 5 minutes passes without user interaction, the device goes into an "idle" state where no screenshots are captured.

This is from Cam.
****The Screen On event is not related to the secondary monitor. Below is a screenshot of the tamper alert. The display info at the end of the event is information about the secondary display that was connected to (in this case, a Samsung TV).****
He also went on to show me that the truple app will send you some sort of tamper alert telling you that a secondary display screen was connected.

I've had this happen a few times as well. I went ahead and emailed support. I will post back when I've got an answer.

Anything?

This is what they had sent me.
***This event is nothing to worry about. It is simply the device’s OS letting Truple know that the device’s screen is on. Screen on events simply mean that the device told Truple that the screen of the device was on. It doesn’t mean that someone is actively using the device or that they’re trying to bypass Truple.***
But by the looks of with the lady said about the guy using the utility vehicle and bypassing triple and using a different internet browser, I'm not sure. I use mspy as well and luckily I can block all other browsers. But I'm going to screenshot what she said and then see what their reply is.
